Ash acts as a constant companion and guardian, guiding Marona as she embarks on her mission to aid the inhabitants of the surrounding islands who depend on her extraordinary gifts.
In terms of gameplay, Phantom Brave distinguishes itself by breaking away from the traditional grid-based system often found in strategy RPGs. Instead, it introduces a free-roaming battle system that grants players the freedom to strategically position their characters on the battlefield. This innovative approach allows for greater flexibility and creativity in combat tactics.
With over 400 different skills and magical spells at your disposal, Phantom Brave offers extensive customization options for your soldiers’ jobs and abilities. Additionally, step-by-step tutorials ensure that even newcomers to the genre can quickly grasp the game’s mechanics and get immersed in the experience.
Phantom Brave offers a substantial amount of content, with 20 heartwarming episodes to be discovered throughout the course of the game. Boasting approximately 100 hours of gameplay, players can expect to be fully engrossed in the world of Phantom Brave for an extended period.
One particularly noteworthy feature of the game is the inclusion of a dual language option. Players have the choice between the original Japanese voices or a newly-recorded English dub. This option caters to a wider audience, allowing players to fully immerse themselves in their preferred language experience.
However, despite its notable qualities, Phantom Brave: The Hermuda Triangle does have its flaws. Some players may find the game lacking in certain aspects, resulting in a rating of 4 out of 10.
